excellent resort stay

The playground remained open late allowing children to enjoy it during the nighttime hours. the beach offered soft white sand and clear sea conditions. waffles were tasty. My son loved pizzas, and cakes were available in the buffet although the variety could improve. i enjoyed the pools with the water slides.
this could be improved.

the asian restaurant provided a great experience with lovely outside seating, perfect for enjoying the evening heat. the breakfast offered excellent table service with fresh juices. the anchor bar had a good happy hour from 5 to 7pm.

the resort features many swimming pools for comfortable use. the kids club operated until 10 pm, allowing children to enjoy supervised activities later into the evening. the beach was beautiful.

the pools were enjoyable and the food was good.
The room was not prepared correctly when i arrived. I requested the sofa bed to be made for my children, but it was not done until after multiple calls to housekeeping and visits to reception. the room was for four guests. there were only two towels and two pillows. the housekeeping service was slow.

check-in was efficient, and the staff were helpful (ahmed at the front office was particularly kind). the resort was fully booked, yet there were no queues. dining was excellent, and the a la carte menus were reasonably priced. the room was spacious with immaculate maintenance, it had a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
i had to wait a little longer than expected for a snack at the pool.

the king room balcony sea view featured a balcony that offered sea views. the bathroom included both a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. this room also provided ample space and was very well-kept.

the hotel has a good location. i noticed few food caravans near the hotel, with a kids playing area nearby. it makes accessing nearby attractions convenient.
